Job Description:
Interview, hire, train and terminate staff. Ensure that company standards for housekeeping, decor and
guest services are met. Monitor staff performance, ensuring high level guest stay experience.
Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems. Set budget and room rates,
allocate funds, and approve expenditure for various departments. Monitor hotel finances, including
sales revenues and resolving payment conflicts. Responsible for compliance with local and federal
regulation and Franchise Agreement. Will work in Denver, Colorado.
Requires 30 months of applicable employment experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
40 Hours per week 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: $77,584/year
